Workday Integration - Senior Consultant

Role

Summary:

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

• Requirements Gathering & Design:
  Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• Configuration & Data Migration:
  Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
• Client Engagement:
  Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
• Training & Documentation:
  Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Support:
  Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.

• Requirement Gathering:
  Documents clear business needs during workshops with moderate guidance.
• Functional Expertise:
  Configuring and troubleshooting with growing confidence.

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

• 2–4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.

• Hands‑on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.

• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and self‑management skills.

• Certifications:
  
  Workday Integration Certification (required).
