CISCO ISE Engineer; Onsite

Position: CISCO ISE Engineer(Onsite)
Position Summary This position requires knowledge of route switch wireless Cisco and third party security products.

This role will be responsible for helping to manage and secure the LAN and WLAN environment .This role will regularly collaborate with other regional support staff and will require excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Configure administer and troubleshoot Cisco ISE for authentication authorization accounting network access control and policy enforcement

Provide level 2-3 support for ISE related issues including offshift and weekend support functions.

Escalating and engaging with vendor support teams.

Engaging across domains to address level 2-3 ISE support issues eg 8021X PKI Server Security Secure Client.

Monitor and manage s on all components related to the ISE solution.

Assist with ongoing maintenance and support of solution components eg patching upgrades capacity reviews lifecycle management.

Ongoing moves adds changes to ISE solution eg new device profiles.

Monitoring and running ISE reports.

Assist with implementation and integration tasks for medium to large complex projects.

Help maintain network diagrams SOPs and technical documentation.

Documentation of configurations and changes.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field3-5 years of progressively responsible IT network job related experiences3 years of Cisco Identity Services Engine ISE implementation and support experience

Cisco RADIUS and TACACS experience.

Cisco Catalyst Center experience desired.

Solid experience configuring deploying installing and troubleshooting Cisco routers switches and WLAN components in a medium to large business.

Desktop and mobile device support experience.

Cisco Certified Network Professional certification CCNP or CCNP Security preferred.
