Baer is looking for SAP PMMO Consultant for a 6+ month project located in Denver, CO
Title: SAP PMMO Consultant
Location: Hybrid – Denver, CO
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Overview
The SAP PMMO Consultant will design, configure, and implement Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization (PMMO) processes in SAP S/4
HANA, integrating Project Systems (PS), Sales and Distribution (SD), Controlling (CO), and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR). The role focuses on end-to-end order-to-cash, cost-to-revenue integration, milestone billing, and revenue recognition. The consultant will lead solution design, configuration, testing, data migration validation, and issue resolution, with strong expertise in Dassian PMMO solutions preferred.
Description:
- Design, configure, and deploy SAP PMMO solutions in SAP S/4
HANA. - Integrate PMMO with SAP PS, SD, CO, and RAR for end-to-end project accounting and revenue recognition.
- Configure master data, billing milestones, cost-to-revenue postings, and period-end close processes.
- Lead business blueprinting, requirements gathering, fit-to-standard workshops, and solution design.
- Define functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
- Lead configuration, build validation, and unit testing; support SIT, UAT, and data migration activities.
- Perform trace analysis, troubleshoot integration issues, and drive root-cause resolution.
- Configure and extend Dassian components, manage integration points, and assess upgrade impacts and licensing dependencies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions and communicate recommendations clearly.
Requirements:
- Hands-on SAP PMMO implementation and configuration experience in SAP S/4
HANA. - Strong knowledge of SAP PS, SD, CO, RAR, and end-to-end integration.
- Expertise in order-to-cash, project-based manufacturing, milestone billing, revenue recognition, and period-end close.
- Experience with blueprinting, configuration, functional design, RICEFW, testing, and data migration validation.
- Strong troubleshooting, integration, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Dassian PMMO configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and licensing.
- Experience in complex SAP implementations within defense, aerospace, or project-based manufacturing.
