Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, this role will serve as a primary ERP systems expert at BOA, ensuring the day-to-day stability, reliability, and user experience of Net Suite and its closely integrated supporting systems across our global organization. You will be the first line of response for ERP-related support tickets and incidents, a primary resource for user training and enablement, and a key contributor to audit readiness and compliance activities.

You will collaborate with our team of Business Systems Analysts, providing your expertise in Net Suite, and collectively providing development support across BOA’s suite of Business Systems. Beyond day-to-day administration, you will bring your Net Suite expertise to root cause analysis, bug resolution, and the definition of requirements and solution designs that inform new development work led by the Business Systems Team.

This role requires extensive hands-on Net Suite experience, can operate with a high degree of autonomy, and takes thorough ownership over the systems they support.

• ERP Support & Incident Management
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for ERP support requests and incidents; triage, prioritize, and resolve issues with urgency and clear communication to affected users
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues, distinguishing configuration gaps, data integrity problems, integration failures, and development defects
• System Administration & Maintenance
  • Collaboratively own day-to-day administration of Net Suite and integrated systems including Boomi, In8
    
    Sync, Avalara, Cyber Source, Celigo, and others as the ecosystem grows
  • Maintain configurations, roles, workflows, and saved searches
  • Proactively monitor system health, integration reliability, and data quality to identify and address issues before they impact users
• Audit & Compliance Support
  • Fulfill internal and external audit requests related to ERP data, user access, transaction records, and system configurations
  • Maintain documentation of controls and role assignments in support of audit readiness
• Requirements & Solution Advisory
  • Leverage Net Suite expertise to contribute to requirements definition and solution design for new development initiatives partnering with the Business Systems Manager to evaluate feasibility and recommend approaches
• Participate in testing and validation of new configurations, integrations, and development deliverables prior to production deployment
• User Training & Enablement
  • Develop and deliver Net Suite training for users across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Technical, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant hands‑on experience with Net Suite, including configuration, user management, workflows, and troubleshooting
