Zeitview is seeking a Net Suite Administrator with 3–5 years of experience to lead the optimization and automation of Net Suite for our Finance and Accounting team. Following our Q1 2026 implementation, you willown the continued buildout of the system and turn business requirements into practical improvements that reduce manual work, strengthen financial controls, and support our strategic finance priorities. Our vision for this role isto have a team member focused each day on maintaining and optimizing Net Suite, reducing the manual touches required by the accounting team.

Reporting to the VP of Accounting, you will work closely with Finance and Accounting leadership, while working cross functionally with Revenue Operations, People, and IT. Priorities include optimizing the order‑to‑ cash process: all the way from Salesforce through to customer billing and collections, improving payroll and HRIS integrations, and implementing and integrating Net Suite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM). You willown internal delivery and oversee our outsourced Net Suite implementation partner for more complex projects.

The ideal candidate is based in Denver with a hybrid work arrangement.

• Own day‑to‑day Net Suite administration, including configuration, roles and permissions, custom fields and records, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and user support.
• Build and execute a prioritized Net Suite optimization roadmap with Finance and Accounting leadership, balancing strategic projects with operational needs.
• Lead the Net Suite workstream for optimizing order‑to‑cash, partnering with Salesforce owners to improve the flow of customer, contract, and order data through invoicing, accounts receivable, cash application, and collections.
• Create Salesforce‑to‑Net Suite integrations, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and exception handling, to reduce duplicate entry and billing errors.
• Lead payroll and HRIS integration improvements, supporting accurate payroll journal entries, department and entity mapping, reconciliations, and appropriate access to sensitive data.
• Lead ARM implementation, configuration, and integration with upstream order data and accounting workflows. Partner with Accounting to validate revenue arrangements, recognition rules, schedules, and reporting against approved accounting policies.
• Automate recurring finance activities and approvals using Suite Flow and other appropriate Net Suite capabilities; coordinate custom development and integration work with technical partners as needed.
• Improve reporting and visibility into billing, receivables, collections, and revenue recognition, while simplifying reconciliations and month‑end close activities.
• Manage data quality, user access, and change controls. Test enhancements and Net Suite releases in sandbox, coordinate user acceptance testing, and document production changes.
• Oversee our outsourced Net Suite implementation partner for complex projects: define scope and deliverables, assess proposed solutions, manage timelines and costs, and validate results before deployment.
