This entry-level role provides hands-on experience working with data and models while building foundational knowledge in AI engineering practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES Assist in designing, developing, and testing machine learning models for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendations. Support preprocessing and basic analysis of datasets using standard data tools. Work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to help integrate models into production systems. Assist with experiments and model evaluations, documenting results for senior team members. Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

SUCCESSFUL CHARACTERISTICS / SKILLS Experience & Background1–2 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or software development (internship or academic projects acceptable). Core Technical Proficiency Familiarity with Python and major ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Basic knowledge of data manipulation and visualization tools. Broad understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms. MLOps & Deployment Awareness of MLOps practices and tools, such as version control, containerization, or model monitoring.

Advanced Methods Foundational understanding of deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision concepts. Professional Traits Ability to work independently with guidance and take initiative on assigned tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with eagerness to learn and grow. Ability to clearly document and communicate findings. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
