Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Suite Script 2.x, Suite Flow workflows, SuiteQL queries, saved searches, custom records, forms, and Advanced PDF/HTML templates.
• Own Net Suite integrations with platforms such as Celigo, Salesforce, Avalara, AWS, and internal APIs.
• Build and support REST/Suite Talk and RESTlet-based interfaces and troubleshoot integration failures.
• Support and improve quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes including order management, invoicing, fulfillment, RMAs, vendor bills, approvals, and item setup.
• Administer Suite Billing, Projects, and related revenue processes.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure Net Suite changes produce accurate GL impact and support period close.
• Manage sandbox-to-production releases using SDF, Suite Cloud CLI, source control, and defined change-management processes.
• Resolve support requests, maintain documentation, train users, and administer roles, permissions, and audit controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Net Suite experience in a developer and/or administrator capacity.
• Strong proficiency with Suite Script 2.x, Suite Flow, SuiteQL, saved searches, custom records, and SDF.
• Experience with iPaaS integrations;
  Celigo strongly preferred.
• REST integration experience and familiarity with Salesforce-to-Net Suite workflows.
• Strong functional knowledge of quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
• Working accounting knowledge including GL impact, AR/AP, revenue recognition basics, and period close.
• Experience with Net Suite release management and change control.
• Net Suite Certified Administrator.
• Suite Cloud Developer I certification or ability to obtain it within six months of hire.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with in a VAR, IT services, or managed services environment with hardware, services, and subscription revenue.
• Experience with Avalara, Certinia PSA, Suite Billing, Projects, or Advanced Revenue Management.
• AWS and API-first integration experience.
• Exposure to AI-driven or agentic workflow automation.
• Experience participating in a Net Suite implementation, reimplementation, or major module rollout.
