Moody Insurance Agency, Inc., a well established and respected insurance provider in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surety Account Manager to join our team. As a Surety Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our bond clients' accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to our agency's continued growth and success.
Responsibilities- Manage a book of bond clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of client’s business and bond requirements
- Analyze and review client’s needs, recommending appropriate surety bond solutions
- Develop strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other inquiries
- Collaborate with Moody Insurance team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings in the surety bond market
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, and sick time
- Sign-on bonus and relocation bonus for qualified candidates
- Competitive salary ranging from $75,000-$80,000 per year Professional development and training opportunities

- Minimum 4 years experience in surety bond account management
- Active Colorado Property & Casualty insurance license
- Strong understanding of surety bond products, underwriting guidelines, and risk management
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with an insurance agency that executed bonds or a surety company
