• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and the community
• Lead and manage a team of professionals to meet production and service goals
• Create and execute marketing strategies that promote agency growth and visibility
• Oversee daily operations of the agency, exercising full decision‑making authority
• Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and insurance products

• Established client opportunities – build business from existing portfolio or develop new
