Join COUNTRY Financial® as a Property Field Claims Adjuster and help protect our communities in Denver and surrounding areas. You will investigate and maintain property claims, determine liability, collect information, review coverages, arrange property damage appraisals, and settle claims.

Investigates and maintains property claims. Determines liability, secures information, reviews coverages, arranges property damage appraisals, and settles claims.

• Investigate claims by determining applicable policy coverage; evaluate and negotiate; and settle assigned claims.
• Initiate contact with insureds, claimants, and all relevant parties to gather basic information, obtain recorded statements (when necessary), and explain the overall claims process.
• Complete physical and/or virtual inspections of damaged property (when necessary), evaluate damages, and prepare written estimates according to policy provisions and liability.

• Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education, and training.
• Maintain the appropriate adjuster’s licensing as required by the states in which we do business.
• For Property-Field representatives only, obtain a Part 107 drone license for roof inspections within 5 months of start date and pass the exam within 3 attempts.
• Work may extend beyond normal business hours as business needs dictate.
• May be called upon for catastrophic duty.

This position allows full-time field work within the territory, covering Denver North to Fort Collins, Colorado, and surrounding areas.

Base Pay Range: $64,800 - $89,100

Incentive Pay: Eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
