Commercial Lines Account Coordinator​/Support Specialist

The Commercial Lines Account Coordinator / Support Specialist will provide back-office support for commercial P&C insurance operations
, working closely with clients, underwriters, and internal teams. The role will be responsible for renewal processing, endorsement coordination, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), ACORD forms, professional correspondence, and maintaining accurate policy records.

• Track, create, and process renewal E-Sign documents and payment links
  .
• Ensure all renewal documentation is accurate and delivered ahead of policy expiration dates.
• Monitor renewal timelines and follow up on pending requirements.

• Draft, proofread, and manage professional email communication with clients and underwriters
  .
• Ensure all correspondence is clear, grammatically correct, accurate, and professionally written.
• Coordinate follow-ups and maintain timely communication on policy-related matters.

• Prepare, submit, and track endorsement requests with insurance carriers.
• Follow up with carriers to ensure timely processing and accurate policy updates.
• Maintain proper records of endorsement activity.

• Create and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately and promptly.
• Respond to client and third-party requests while ensuring information is complete and accurate.

• Prepare and review ACORD Forms 25, 27, 28, 125, 126, 130, and 140
  .
• Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of form requirements and supplemental applications across commercial liability lines.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records in the agency management system for renewals, endorsements, COIs, and other account activities.

• Experience with agency management systems such as Now Certs, Applied Epic, AMS
  360, Hawk Soft
  , or similar platforms.
• Prior experience working remotely with a U.S.
  
  -based insurance brokerage or MGA will be preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial liability coverage lines such as General Liability (GL), Umbrella, Excess
  , and related products.
• Strong ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and service standards.

• Flawless written and spoken English with excellent grammar, spelling, and professional communication.
• Hands-on knowledge of ACORD forms and standard commercial liability documentation.
• Commercial P&C insurance processing experience.
• Renewal processing and endorsement management.
• COI preparation and issuance.
• E-Sign package and payment-link creation/troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadline pressure.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours: 10:30 PM6:30 AM IST
  , with a 1-hour break.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial P&C insurance processing, account support, or a similar back-office brokerage role, preferably supporting a U.S. agency.
• A Master’s Degree in Finance or a related field may be considered where relevant to the role requirements.
• Good computer proficiency is mandatory.
