** In this role, you will:
*** Support service staff with preparing client deliverables, such as:o Issuing Certificates of Insuranceo Processing endorsement so Issuing Auto o Assembling/downloading policy document so Entering coverage/policy detail into broker management systemo Preparing proposal document so Review accounting/invoicing reports and reconcileo Requesting loss runs from carriers
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence and related scanning
* Complete data entry as needed
* Manage other administration tasks as needed  
** What you offer us:
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of insurance experience required, preferably within an agency
* Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
* Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers
* Above average mathematical skills
* Ability to work in a positive team environment, and independently as appropriate

The expected salary range for this position is $27.00 to $30.00 per hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
