• Issuing Certificates of Insurance
• Processing endorsements
• Issuing Auto
• Assembling/downloading policy documents
• Entering coverage/policy detail into broker management system
• Preparing proposal documents
• Review accounting/invoicing reports and reconcile
• Requesting loss runs from carriers
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence and related scanning
• Complete data entry as needed
• Manage other administration tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of insurance experience required, preferably within an agency
• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
• Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers
• Above average mathematical skills
• Ability to work in a positive team environment, and independently as appropriate

The expected salary range for this position is $27.00 to $30.00 per hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
