Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is partnering with a national legal firm that specializes in Civil Litigation Defense. We are seeking Associate Attorneys to work REMOTELY in Denver, Colorado.

Ideal candidates have experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, strong organizational skills, and can handle a heavy workload. The role involves broad responsibilities encompassing consumer protection, transactional and civil litigation matters.

Offers a competitive base salary ($80,000 - $90,000, DOE) and the opportunity to work remotely while appearing in local county courts as needed.

• Currently admitted to practice law in Colorado (multi‑state admission a plus) and reside in Denver Metropolitan Area.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation.
• Superior organizational and time‑management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels.
• Strong legal research skills; proficiency in Lexis Nexis a plus.
