• You are a high performer with 3–5 years of experience.
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• You possess strong analytical and writing skills, can present arguments precisely and clearly, manage significant matters, and are detail‑oriented.
• You have strong case‑management skills, a solid work ethic, and a team‑oriented attitude.
• You are an active member of the California Bar or New York Bar.

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors such as market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

Los Angeles, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000
