• Prepare and participate in legal hearings, depositions, and trial.
• Prepare briefs.
• Motion practice and oral argument.
• Prepare and participate in mediation, arbitration and settlement negotiations.
• Track and bill time.

• 5+ years in civil litigation.
• Licensed in Colorado.
• Insurance defense experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Licenses in Texas, Utah, Arizona, and Wyoming a plus.
• Salary commensurate with experience.

Do you have any bar licenses outside of Colorado? Not required if you do not, but would like to know if you can practice in any other states.
