Overview
Are you a litigation attorney looking to take your career to the next level? Our Denver office is seeking a Property Damage Litigation Attorney to handle a dynamic caseload and make a real impact for our clients. Attorneys with personal injury litigation experience are also encouraged to apply!
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
What You’ll Do:- Lead cases from intake through trial or settlement
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal documents
- Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Develop winning case strategies and counsel clients
- Negotiate settlements and collaborate with experts and opposing counsel
- J.D. from an accredited law school + Active Colorado Bar admission
- 2–5+ years of litigation experience (property damage and/or PI)
- Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
- A proactive attorney who can manage cases independently while thriving in a team environment
- Mid-Senior level
