GM is seeking an accomplished Senior Litigation Counsel with a minimum of 8 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate is a seasoned attorney with a proven track record in complex commercial, real estate, and employment litigation. Key Responsibilities- Lead Complex Litigation
:
Strategically manage and lead high-stakes commercial, real estate, and employment litigation matters in Colorado state courts. - Strategic Leadership
:
Serve as a key advisor to clients and the firm, providing strategic direction and counsel on complex legal issues. - Team Leadership & Mentorship
:
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with attorneys, fostering their professional development and ensuring the highest quality of work. - Client Management
:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring proactive communication throughout the litigation process. - Efficient Caseload Management
:
Oversee and efficiently manage a substantial caseload with a focus on timely and successful outcomes. - Business Development
:
Actively participate in business development efforts to expand the firm’s litigation practice and enhance client relationships.
- 8-12 years of active litigation experience, with substantial expertise in commercial, and real estate.
- Extensive trial experience and a demonstrated ability to lead complex litigation from inception through resolution.
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
- Ideal applicant will be licensed in California in addition to Colorado.
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- A strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Strong leadership and client management skills, with a focus on providing innovative, solution-oriented legal strategies

- Compensation
:
Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience, with a range from $170k - $190K. - Performance Bonuses
