A highly regarded, multi-office, national defense law firm is urgently seeking a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join its rapidly expanding Denver, CO office.
Responsibilities:- Medical records analysis
- Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, discovery, discovery responses, and motions for summary judgement
- Regularly attend court appearances
- Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
- 8+ years’ experience in Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation
- Admitted to practice in the State of Colorado and in good standing
- Experienced with medical record analysis
- Excellent legal research abilities, written and oral communication skills
