Trademark Attorney

Our client is a top Am law firm seeking a trademark associate (partner track) or counsel (non-partner track) for its Trademark, Copyright, Privacy and IP Transactions Practice Group in Denver, as well as all other firm-wide locations. The salary for this position compensates up to $300k and is dependent upon a range of factors, including experience and location.

• 5-10 years of trademark clearance, prosecution and maintenance, disputes, and enforcement actions.
• Experience with copyright and/or advertising matters would be a plus.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent client-interfacing skills; team focused.
• Strong analytical and organization skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
