Are you a Labor & Employment Associate with OSHA litigation experience looking to join a well-established law firm? Consider this associate position with a best-in-class team and a clear path to partnership.
Responsibilities- Handle all phases of labor and employment litigation, including full case management, legal research, document review, drafting briefs, and representing employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
- Take on OSHA litigation matters at the state and federal level.
- Tactfully advise clients on workplace management issues ranging from hiring to separation of employment, employment contracts, and other personnel matters.
- Maintain a hybrid schedule.
- 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law.
- 2+ years of OSHA litigation experience.
- JD.
- Colorado State Bar membership.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
