Great opportunity for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join a growing litigation boutique law firm in Denver, Colorado on a direct hire basis. This role does anticipate a hybrid schedule but will be required to work in the office three set days per week.
The firm is looking for a mid-level attorney who has a minimum of 4 years of experience practicing law (clerkships included) to join their employment and civil litigation team. The attorney should have experience practicing in both state and federal court and jury trial experience is preferred. The position will require the attorney to handle a full case load and be capable of managing cases from beginning to end, including jury trials, with the assistance of another attorney and a paralegal.
Qualifications:- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Colorado or UBE qualified to gain admission required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing law (including clerkships) with a focus on civil litigation and experience handling employment and/or disability litigation cases.
- Proven ability to take the reins and handle cases with minimal supervision.
- Must have courtroom experience.
- Proficient in legal drafting with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Solid trial experience preferred.
