, you’ll represent clients under both commercial and personal lines insurance policies
, handling complex cases in state and federal courts.
- Lead all aspects of civil litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, trials, and appeals.
- Manage a diverse caseload including insurance defense, subrogation, and complex liability matters
. - Serve as lead counsel in mediations and trials, demonstrating exceptional trial advocacy skills.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff in a paperless, tech‑driven environment
. - Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.
- JD from an accredited law school and active state license.
- 8+ years of civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation.
- Proven trial experience and strong negotiation skills.
- Tech‑savvy with case‑management software and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Preferred Practice Areas – Commercial auto, premises liability, construction defect, trucking defense, wrongful death, products liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist, and more.
