Associate Attorney

Boutique regional firm with offices in downtown Denver, CO and Albuquerque, NM seeks a senior associate attorney with 4+ years' experience to assist in the firm's busy litigation practice. The firm has a strong reputation and experience in the areas of commercial litigation and transactions, real estate, consumer finance, banking, and mortgage lending and servicing. Prior experience in these areas is preferred but not required if the applicant has relevant litigation experience in other practice areas.

Qualified candidates must possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Collegial atmosphere, with a fun, diverse, and professional group. Base salary ranges from $100,000-$150,000, DOE, plus a potential signing bonus for well-qualified candidates who apply directly to the firm, billing-based bonuses, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. This position is primarily an in-office position in our Denver office, with some flexibility and the ability to work remotely when needed.
