Join Holland & Hart LLP as an Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience in corporate work focused on emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and private equity funds. The position may be based in any of the firm’s offices.
Responsibilities• Represent venture capital funds and emerging technology, consumer product, and life science companies in debt and equity financings, merger & acquisition transactions, outside general counsel and general corporate counseling, and related corporate practice matters.
• Provide direct client‑facing and client‑management opportunities early in your career.
• Participate in high‑profile transactions across the country and in the Mountain West region.
• 4‑7 years of experience at a top‑tier law firm with corporate practice exposure to emerging growth companies, VC funds, or private equity funds.
• Strong interest in continuing this practice in the Mountain West region.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and complex transactions.
• Merits‑based compensation:
Colorado salary range $207,500 – $255,000 (if based in Colorado).
• Target 1,800 billable hours, 75 hours of pro‑bono/public service (or 50 hours of pro‑bono legal work), and 25 hours dedicated to Community, Diversity & Inclusion hours.
• Bonus program and fee‑split eligibility.
