Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Denver. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of complex civil litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation or construction defect. Duties and Responsibilities- Case management from inception through trial.
- Monitor court docket and track internal and external deadlines.
- Draft and review pleadings and motions.
- Assist with all aspects of discovery, including preparing disclosures, discovery requests and responses, proposed case management orders, document productions, subpoenas, etc.
- Review document productions, including bates label and indexing.
- Trial preparation, including working with other members of the trial team and vendors to create exhibits, demonstratives, checklists, and more.
- Attending trial as needed.
- Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal working in large-scale litigation.
- Commercial litigation and/or construction defect experience is a big plus.
- Strong knowledge of Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure (CRCP) and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP).
- Excellent computer skills and experience with eDiscovery databases (Relativity, Eclipse, etc.)
- Must be able to commute to the firm's office in downtown Denver 3-4 days a week (working remotely is allowed 1-2 days per week).
