About the Company

We are seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced Default Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in foreclosure, title, real estate litigation, general knowledge of bankruptcy, understand industry and client compliance and be willing and able to go to court and open to learning new processes, as we grow. This role requires someone who pays attention to detail and understand the law.

There will be plenty of document review, drafting or preparation of documents, counseling of clients and employees on the law and requirements in the State of Michigan pertaining to the default work referred to our firm. We are looking for someone willing to grow with our firm and provide exceptional legal services to our clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced Default Attorney to join our legal team.

Responsibilities

  • Document review, drafting or preparation of documents.
  • Counseling of clients and employees on the law and requirements in the State of Colorado pertaining to the default work referred to our firm.
  • Willingness to go to court and learn new processes as we grow.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Colorado.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of foreclosure, title and bankruptcy law.
  • Proficiency in legal drafting and administrative tasks related to the practice of law.
  • Excellent research skills with experience using Westlaw or similar legal research platforms.
  • Ability to write clearly and persuasively for various audiences.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining client confidentiality.
