IP Litigation Associate Attorney (Patents)

We are looking for a Junior Level Patent Litigation Associate with 2‑4 years of patent litigation experience and an engineering degree (preferably in mechanical, electrical, materials, or aerospace engineering). USPTO registration is a plus, but not required.

• Prepare and file patent infringement filings and motions; develop legal strategies for patent cases.
• Write briefs, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in court appearances and depositions.
• Conduct legal research, analyze evidence, and conduct issue resolution.
• Manage multiple cases and competing deadlines concurrently.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal and external counsel and clients.
• Support business development initiatives and demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset.

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal education and admission to practice law.
• 2‑4 years of experience in patent litigation.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and issue‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple files and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong teamwork and client‑service orientation.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances and depositions.

• Salary range: $150,000 – $240,000, plus annual merit‑based bonus.
