Our Denver office has an immediate need for a Securities Associate with 3‑5 years of experience to join our corporate department. Ideal candidates will have experience with federal and state securities laws, corporate governance, capital market transactions, SEC reporting obligations, and experience with filings and issues related to the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Strong academic performance, superb communication skills and a proven track record of success within a law firm are important criteria for this position. We are interested in candidates that are growth‑minded, thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and fast‑paced work environment and are interested in having a significant role on our deal teams.

Compensation
:
In accordance with applicable law, the compensation for this role, depending on experience, ranges from $235,000 to $290,000. Associates are also eligible to receive an hours‑based bonus. This role is also eligible for the following firm benefits: medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including vision, 401(k) plan and matching contributions, profit sharing contributions, and paid time off.
