Denver - Senior Traditional Labor Associate Attorney

Base Pay Range: $210,000 – $230,000 per year

Location: Denver, CO

Company: Large AmLaw 150 international labor and employment law firm

Candidate Profile
  • JD from a top‑tier law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active bar admission in Colorado in good standing
  • 7+ years of traditional labor law experience
  • Candidates with mixed employment litigation and some labor experience will also be considered
  • Extensive experience in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining and contract administration
  • Grievance arbitration experience with the ability to handle matters independently
  • Experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB strongly preferred
  • Strong writing, analytical, and research skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast‑paced environment
  • Self‑starter with strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent employers in collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration
  • Handle grievance arbitration proceedings and related labor disputes
  • Defend and prosecute unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB
  • Provide strategic counseling to clients on traditional labor matters and compliance issues
  • Support litigation matters involving labor relations and employment disputes
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to deliver efficient and effective legal solutions
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive annual base salary ($210,000 – $230,000)
