Insurance Coverage Counseling and Litigation Associate

Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP seeks dynamic and talented attorneys with civil litigation or insurance coverage experience to join our team. Attorneys with commercial litigation experience who are interested in focusing on insurance coverage issues are encouraged to apply.

• Evaluating insurance coverage issues and litigating insurance coverage disputes under a variety of insurance products.
• Handling challenging and complex issues and disputes (litigated and non‑litigated) involving a wide array of industries, subject matters, and legal principles.
• Working collaboratively with partners and other attorneys across six offices, maintaining regular client contact, and developing client relationships.

• Civil litigation or insurance coverage experience required.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Associate attorney compensation ranges from $140,000 to $220,000 annually, commensurate with experience, with the potential for annual performance‑based raises and discretionary bonuses. The firm provides benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, short‑term and long‑term disability. Employees are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with employer contributions.
