Construction Litigation Attorney

Location: Downtown Denver, CO

Schedule: Hybrid (in-office and remote flexibility)

Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000 DOE + Bonus Opportunity

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Attorney licensed in Colorado to join their team. This role focuses on construction defect and civil litigation matters and offers a path for professional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction defect and civil litigation cases from inception through resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; develop case strategy.
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Provide legal counsel on construction-related disputes and risk management.
Qualifications:
  • Active Colorado Bar license required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction defect and/or civil litigation.
  • Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Trial experience is highly preferred.
