Litigation Attorney - Full-time

Location: Denver, CO

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a current resident of the Denver area or surrounding counties

• 5 - 8 years of litigation experience

• Experience in First Party Property Damage/Bad Faith/Construction Defect law

• Must be a member of the Colorado Bar and in good standing

• Experience in evaluating claims

• Superb negotiation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
