We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney with a focus on Land Use and Environmental Law. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team of legal professionals offering comprehensive legal services to diverse clientele.

• Provide legal advice and guidance on matters related to Land Use and Environmental Law.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop legal strategies.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Maintain current knowledge of changes in legislation and case law related to Land Use and Environmental Law.
• Develop relationships with clients to understand their legal needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a member in good standing with the state bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on Land Use and Environmental Law.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.
• Experience in litigation and transactional work is preferred.
• Proven track record of success in previous legal roles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
