Job Description:Our client is seeking a Paralegal to serve as the primary legal and contract resource for the organization. This role offers a high level of autonomy and responsibility, supporting contract management, compliance initiatives, and internal legal processes while collaborating with external legal counsel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the internal point of contact for legal and contract-related matters
- Manage contracts throughout the full lifecycle, including renewals and tracking
- Review, revise, and redline NDAs, partner agreements, SLAs, and standard contracts
- Maintain and organize contract and legal documentation systems
- Support updates to privacy policies, DISCLAIMERS, and compliance materials
- Develop and improve legal workflows and internal documentation
- Prepare internal memos and reports related to contract activity
- 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal
- Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
- Paralegal certification
- Proven ability to operate independently as a standalone legal resource
- Strong contract redlining and document review experience
- Schedule:
40 hours per week during standard business hours - Work Model:
Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in office) - Department Structure:
Independent role with leadership support and access to external legal counsel
