Job Description & How to Apply Below

Vantage Summit, a dynamic tech company in Denver, CO, seeks a full-time Supply Chain Analyst. Join our growing startup and help streamline our supply chain operations.

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll collaborate with our operations team to analyze and optimize supply chain processes. Track inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and ensure on-time product delivery. Work on projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

You'll be part of our small but passionate team in our vibrant Denver, CO office. Our creative space fosters collaboration and innovation.

During the interview process, the topic of compensation is typically discussed, allowing candidates to understand the salary expectations and negotiate if necessary. However, the discussion of benefits is often less detailed, with candidates left to infer the extent of the benefits package from the employer's responses. This can make it challenging for candidates to fully evaluate the overall compensation package and make an informed decision about the job offer.

In some cases, the employer may provide a benefits summary or brochure, but it is not uncommon for candidates to need to ask specific questions or seek additional information to understand the full scope of the benefits offered. The lack of detailed information about benefits can also raise concerns about the transparency of the employer and their commitment to employee well-being.

You should have a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and data skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for teamwork and vendor interactions.
