Salary Range: $123,000 - $152,000 base

What You’ll Do

As a Consultant, you'll partner with clients to develop and implement impactful strategies that drive value across people, processes, and technology. You’ll work directly with clients to design solutions, create roadmaps, and deliver high‑quality results, building deep relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

Lead Transformative People Initiatives

• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational shifts.
• Design effective organizational structures that enhance collaboration and support the company’s strategic vision.
• Develop and implement talent strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Deliver High Impact Projects

• Develop realistic, actionable strategies, including roadmaps and governance plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to define adoption strategies and rollout plans.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within projects.
• Create clear, impactful deliverables that resonate across audiences.

Build Stakeholder Relationships

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively address concerns.
• Leverage stakeholder engagement to spot emerging needs and add value.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

Must Have

• 12+ years of project management, business analysis, and/or change management, including at least 3 years at a management consulting firm.
• Proven track record of guiding teams through transformative change.
• Experience in organizational design.
• Progressive responsibilities and accountability.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with waterfall and/or agile project management techniques in complex technology environments.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to travel based on client need (up to 25%).
• Legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice To Have

• Master's degree.
• Certified project management professional and/or relevant certifications.
• Experience leading and managing teams.

More About This Opportunity

Compensation: Base salary range $123,000 to $152,000, reviewed annually. Comprehensive benefits package available.

Location: Hybrid model with client sites, local office, and home. Exact schedule varies by engagement.

Travel: Capped at 25% for this role.

Hiring Process: Four interviews over 4–6 weeks. Start dates contingent on available projects.
