Position: Executive Assistant New Denver, CO

Executive Assistant

Reports To:

Chief Executive Officer

Denver, CO strongly preferred.

Description

Responsible for providing high‑level executive support to the leadership team, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications, and priority initiatives. The right candidate will enable executives to operate efficiently and strategically by anticipating needs, managing critical workflows, and maintaining exceptional organization and follow‑through within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating availability, and proactively resolving conflicts
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare materials, and ensure executives are set up for success (agendas, briefings, talking points, etc.)
  • Facilitate signature collection, document preparation, and version control with Legal for executive‑level documents
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow‑ups from meetings to ensure timely completion across executive priorities
  • Work closely with various team members, especially the Chief of Staff or Operations Manager, to coordinate interview scheduling and onboarding processes and trainings
  • Coordinate with leadership team and Chief of Staff or Operations Manager on conference planning, event planning, and company quarterly in‑person events
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise sound judgment in all communications
  • Support travel planning (if applicable), including itineraries, reservations, and expense submission
  • Manage expense reimbursement processes for the executive team and ensure appropriate documentation as needed
  • Support Chief of Staff or Operations Manager on efficient operations of the business as needed, bandwidth depending
  • Draft, proofread, and format executive correspondence and presentations as needed
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve executive workflows
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in executive support or administrative roles supporting senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced, startup environment
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, resourcefulness, creativity, and leadership skills
  • Understanding of energy markets, particularly ISO‑NE, NYISO, and PJM
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and high level of attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits
  • Job Type: Permanent, Full‑time
  • Salary: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
