What You'll Actually Do:

• Develop strong vendor partnerships, enforce contract terms, and ensure timely, accurate rebate reporting and collections
• Oversee rebate management workflows, technology platforms, and related data tools to support efficient, high-volume processing
• Track, analyze, and interpret rebate data; build dashboards and reports that demonstrate value to internal and external partners
• Serve as the escalation point for rebate-related matters and support team members in resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align rebate operations with broader business objectives and ensure timely partner payments
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements within rebate accounting systems and workflows
• Mentor and guide 2 talented direct reports

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business-related
• 5-10 years of experience in accounting or AR/Collections management
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Background in contract management and vendor compliance
• Experience working with data analytics and business intelligence tools
• Proven people leadership and team management capabilities
• Track record of improving processes and driving operational efficiencies
• Experience with rebate management preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central preferred) and data tools such as Alteryx is a plus

• Target Compensation $100K - $120K total all in
• Monday
  -Thursday in-office – Denver Tech Center
