JCW is currently searching for an experienced Lab Manager to join one of our clients based in the Greater Denver area. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, customer service, quality, team development, and P&L management of this growing microbiological laboratory.

Requirements- 7+ years in Lab Operations with proven managerial experience of at least 15+ staff.
- Prior experience in a commercial laboratory setting with a proven understanding of microbiological principles.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional business acumen, customer-focused, and a strong sense of accountability/ownership.
