What You'll Be Doing:

This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume, full-service environment (think $7M+ annual sales). You'll be responsible for:

Daily Operations
:
Lead the floor, set the tone, and ensure high standards are upheld

Team Leadership
:
Hire, train, mentor, and develop a winning FOH team

Guest Experience
:
Create a vibe that keeps guests coming back and talking about it

P&L Ownership
:
Manage labor, cost control, and all financial targets

Marketing & Community Building
:
Partner with marketing to drive traffic and guest engagement

Who Were Looking For:

4+ years in a leadership role within a high-volume, full-service concept

Track record of building strong teams and driving revenue

Hands-on operator who knows how to balance guest experience with business metrics

POS/BOH systems savvy (MICROS, Aloha, Open Table, etc.)

Energetic, forward-thinking, and thrives under pressure
