Client Services Manager

Century Group is excited to partner with a growing commercial bank located in the Denver metro area, who is looking for a Client Services Manager to join their crew.

Ideally looking for somebody with 4+ years of experience in the banking industry. There is a parking allowance, modern office and strong executive team.

Job Duties:

• Develop exceptional service standards to ensure the highest level of client service
• Lead the project plan for large, complex, and key strategic accounts
• Motivate, develop, train and manage all Private Banking Associates
• Opening customer accounts
• Processing payments
• Overseeing four direct reports

Experience:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional service orientation
• Client service experience in financial services/banking
• Strong public math capabilities
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment
• High attention to detail

Requirements:

• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Able to adapt to changing priorities
