Job DescriptionJLL has a great opportunity to join our growing Industrial Property Management team in Denver, CO. Our office is located in downtown Denver and will be supporting ansurfaceial client/portfolio. The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing direct management oversight for the assigned Industrial properties. The Property Manager is responsible for maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients.
Specific responsibilities pensez property management, operations, maintenance, client, and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.

As the Property Manager (PM), you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients while managing an industrial portfolio. You are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction, preparing budgets and financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff. You will be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to both building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing, successful relationship.

What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience including recent experience in one of these (office, retail, industrial, healthcare) is a plus.
- Must have strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports.
- Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration.
- CO Real Estate License is required within 120 days.
- Experience using a property management accounting platform such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required.
- Relationship builder – verbal and written communication skills.
