** Join our team as a Property Manager at our Stella Apartments!
** Stella Apartments is a 132-unit affordable housing community featuring LIHTC and PBV programming. We’re seeking an experienced, people-focused Property Manager to lead daily operations, support residents, and guide the on-site team while ensuring strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and an excellent resident experience. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in affordable housing and enjoys building strong, stable communities.
** What You’ll Do
*** Lead and oversee daily property operations to meet financial, operational, and ownership goals
* Hire, train, coach, and support the on-site team while fostering accountability and engagement
* Manage budgets, control expenses, review variances, and ensure accurate reporting
* Oversee rent collection, notices, and eviction coordination in compliance with regulations
* Partner with maintenance to manage work orders, unit turns, inspections, and capital needs
* Drive leasing performance through tours, outreach, marketing, and resident retention efforts
* Ensure LIHTC and PBV compliance in coordination with the Compliance team
** What You’ll Bring
*** Affordable housing property management experience, including LIHTC and/or PBV
* Proven leadership experience managing on-site teams
* Strong financial and operational skills, including budgeting and reporting
* Excellent communication, organization, and customer service abilities
* Comfort working with diverse residents, vendors, and internal teams
** Compensation & Benefits
*** Competitive salary between $75,000-$85,000 annually
