Trane in Denver, CO is hiring an Energy Services Senior Project Manager! The Energy Services Senior Project Manager is responsible for project financials, implementation, execution and management, and customer satisfaction for all assigned projects.

They lead the project team through all facets of the project from project development and preconstruction through closeout and is the established point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The Energy Services Senior Project Manager manages a portfolio of projects that could contain both smaller turn-key and larger multi- building or complex construction projects. The Energy Services Senior Project Manager is knowledgeable on current job market and pricing strategies and has the ability to support sales functions for developing scope, schedules, and budgets through the RFQ process.

The Energy Services Senior Project Manager will lead the project and collaborate with other team members.

• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and developing communication plans with both internal and external stakeholders to provide timely project updates
• Leads all aspects of project execution including, responsibility for knowledge of and adherence to contract terms and penalty clauses and / or liquidated damages, analyzing reporting to identify project deficiencies and provide guidance on corrective actions, managing projects to business compliance, project…
