Chief Executive Officer
Compensation: circa $375,000 - $550,000 Total CompensationOur client is an established Financial Services business. It has built a strong market position and a loyal customer base, and is now entering its next phase of growth.
To get there, the leadership team is investing in how the business runs: simplifying processes, modernizing systems and building an operating model that can scale without adding cost or complexity at the same rate. This has the board-level support to make meaningful change.

The successful candidate will diagnose where value is being lost, set a clear transformation roadmap, and deliver measurable gains in efficiency, quality and margin.
