Compensation: $125,000 to $150,000 base salary, Performance Bonus in addition to a “Significant Equity Opportunity”.

This is a highly visible senior operations management position overseeing a district office offering multiple service lines with a tremendous opportunity for growth. This position reports to regional leadership and is responsible for meeting financial and operational goals developed by senior management as well as developing such goals for the Impact Fire teams. As the top leader in this office, you will provide management and oversight to the various department managers of fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression lines of business.
