Pay: $135,000 to $180,000 per year

Lead complex hospital and clinical construction projects on a senior management track with a growing, people-first builder.

Must-Haves8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field

Experience with hospital renovations and expansions in occupied, active healthcare environments

Knowledge of phasing, infection control (ICRA), life safety (ILSM), and complex MEP systems

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in highly regulated environments

Strong client management and communication skills

What You'll DoLead healthcare construction projects for hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities

Drive success through strong scheduling, process, and project controls

Coordinate work in occupied hospitals with minimal disruption to patient care Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ICRA, and ILSM requirements

Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and facility teams

Lead OAC meetings and monthly project status reviews

Support preconstruction and business development, including RFP responses and client interviews

Grow long-term healthcare client relationships

Nice-to-Haves Procore experience

Bluebeam experience
