We are seeking a Service Manager to lead service technicians and the dispatch/scheduling team, support customers, and oversee daily service operations for a growing mechanical contractor in Denver.

What you’ll do:

• Coach employees, address performance issues, coordinate reviews, and support hiring.

• Oversee daily service scheduling.

• Respond to customer concerns and follow outstanding service issues through resolution.

• Quote maintenance and repair work and follow up on proposals.

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.

• Support accurate invoicing and work with accounting on overdue accounts.

• Maintain organized employee, project, and proposal records.

• Coordinate technician training, licensing, and continuing education.

Role expectations:

• Knowledge of the licenses and certifications needed to work as an active service technician, including the listed 06A license and NATE certification.

• Lead by example and build trust with the service team.

• Represent the company professionally and provide responsive customer care.
