Packaging Supervisor; Food

We are seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with company policies, cGMPs, and Standard Operating Procedures while driving efficiency, safety, and quality across packaging lines.

• Support safety and sanitation programs to uphold regulatory standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, quality, and maintenance teams.

• Food manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of cGMPs and SOPs.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a high‑volume environment.
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift and adapt to production demands.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

• Base pay range: $65,000 – $75,000 per year.
